3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the okplayph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Account Security. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC). okplayph may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID). Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.
3.5 Account Transfer. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your okplayph account or any account credits to any other person.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. okplayph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank). Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where available.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the okplayph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion fees at the prevailing exchange rate.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. okplayph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending verification of identity, source of funds, or compliance with wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds. 5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by okplayph are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your account.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. okplayph actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.
5.4 Bonus Eligibility. okplayph reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may be withheld from accounts that demonstrate professional or systematic betting patterns.
5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses. okplayph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honored subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the okplayph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for electronic games and physical cards dealt by live dealers for live casino games. 10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the okplayph platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, okplayph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
11.2 okplayph's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11.3 okplayph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit okplayph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your okplayph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within seven (7) business days.
12.2 Termination by okplayph. okplayph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any competent authority.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
13.1 okplayph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okplayph platform shall first be submitted to okplayph's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
